CANANGA ESSENTIAL OIL

Cananga essential oil is obtained from the flower that belongs to the Cananga tree. This tree is found in parts of Asia including Indonesia. This tree relates to Custard-apple family. Cananga oil is an essential oil with a strong fragrance. This oil is as similar to Ylang Ylang oil because they both belong to the same family and that’s why they can be used as a substitute for each other.

Constituents: Germacrene, pinene, methyl, benzoate, benzoic acid and many more.

Extraction Method: steam distillation
