CLARY SAGE HYDROSOL

Clary sage hydrosol is steam distilled from the pastel purple flowers and soft green leaves of the Salvia sclarea plant cultivated in the mountain regions of France.

This hydrosol is emotionally calming and gentle with an herbaceous, pleasing and bittersweet aroma. It has a delicate scent and this scent can be describes as grassy and almost tea-like.

Blends with:citrus essential oils, rose and jasmine.

Constituents:linaool, linayl acetate, caryophyllene, a-terpineol, geraniol, neryl acetate, sclareol and germacrene D.

Uses:

• It is used to shrink large open pores, reduce oiliness and tighten tone and firm skin.
• It is used to reduce inflammation related to acne, eczema, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions.
• It is used for cleaning and disinfecting wounds.
