KHUS ESSENTIAL OIL

Khus essential oil or Vetiver essential oil is extracted from the green grass recognized with the name of vetiver. The oil with earthy scent is widely used in the making of shampoos, sprays, lotions, soaps, perfumes, etc.  Moreover, it is known for its excellent therapeutic properties.

Extraction Method: From the dried roots of the vetiver plant through steam distillation

Constituents:   beta-vetivenene, delta-selinene, vetiselinenol, isovalencenol, khusimone,khusimol,  alpha-vetivone, khusimene, etc.
