Kanha Nature Oils is an ISO 9001, WHO-GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, KOSHER, and HALAL certified manufacturer and exporter of essential oils. We were founded in April 2010, and we manufacture across our own two units in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India, in the Delhi NCR region. We produce over 250 products across essential oils, attars, oleoresins, hydrosols, floral absolutes, spice oils, carrier oils, natural isolates, and herbal extracts, and we supply bulk buyers in more than 30 countries.

Our Certifications—and what each one tells you
- ISO 9001—Our quality management system is audited against an international standard. Batch consistency is governed by documented procedure, not by memory.
- WHO-GMP—Our manufacturing practices meet World Health Organization Good Manufacturing Practice standards. This matters most to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical buyers.
- HACCP—Our process is built on a documented hazard analysis with defined critical control points. Food, flavor, and beverage buyers are usually required to evidence this for their own ingredient suppliers.
- FSSAI—We are licensed for food-grade production, which matters to flavor, seasoning, and beverage buyers.
- KOSHER—Certification supplied for buyers serving kosher markets.
- HALAL—Certification supplied for buyers in the GCC, Southeast Asia, and other halal markets.
Copies of any of these certificates are sent on request, before you place an order — not after.
Pesticide residue testing. Where your specification calls for it, we arrange pesticide residue testing through an accredited third-party laboratory and supply the report with your consignment. Tell us the limits you work to and we will test against them.

Our Facility and Our Two Laboratories
We manufacture across two units in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, in the Delhi NCR industrial belt. The two stand opposite each other on the same street.

Between them we run steam distillation, solvent extraction, cold pressing, and vacuum distillation for isolates, along with blending, filtration, filling, and storage.
- Capacity
We process 2 to 3 tonnes of raw material per day across those four processes and 3 tonnes per day of nature-identical oils. We deliberately do not publish a single output figure, because yield differs enormously from one botanical to the next, and a headline number would mislead you. Tell us the oil and the quantity, and we will give you a real batch size and a real lead time for that specific material.
- Storage
Twelve stainless steel tanks of 360 kg each—roughly 4.3 tonnes of tank storage—hold our regular-moving oils. Slower-moving material is held in barrels or carboys according to its movement.
- Two laboratories, on site
Our analytical laboratory verifies what is in the oil. Our chemical laboratory handles development work and physico-chemical testing. Keeping them separate is deliberate.
We have run gas-liquid chromatography in-house since 2010—the year the company was founded. In 2024 we installed GC-MS. Sixteen years of chromatography under our own roof is why we can send you a GC-MS report with a free sample before you have paid us anything: we are not waiting on an outside lab to tell us what is in our own oil, and we never have been.
- What we do not make, we tell you
CO₂ extraction is not one of our processes. Our CO₂ extracts are produced for us by a partner unit and supplied under our documentation.
Some oils are not distilled here and should not be. Lemongrass, palmarosa, Indian vetiver, cypriol, and a number of rare oils are distilled at units close to where the crop is grown. Herbaceous material of this kind begins to lose quality within hours of cutting, so a still beside the field produces a better oil than one fifteen hundred kilometers away ever could. Any supplier who tells you they distil lemongrass in Delhi NCR is telling you something about their oil that they probably do not intend to.
For those materials, our work is selection, verification, and documentation. We choose the distiller, we run the batch through our own laboratory before we accept it, and it ships under our COA and our name. Everything else—our isolates and our floral absolutes included—is manufactured here.
We say all of this at the enquiry stage, before you order. If a material in your enquiry is field-distilled or sourced rather than made in this facility, you will know it before you buy it, not afterwards.
Every batch that leaves this factory is checked by the founder personally. Quality control here is not delegated to a shift.
We are approximately 35 km by road from Indira Gandhi International Airport and approximately 50 km from ICD Tughlakabad.

You should not have to ask twice for any of them.
- IFRA conformity
The IFRA Standards are the fragrance industry’s safety framework, and the 51st Amendment is the one currently in force—its deadlines for both new and existing creations have now passed. On request we issue an IFRA conformity statement against the standard in force for the material you are buying, stating the maximum permitted use levels by product category. The 52nd Amendment is in progress; its consultation closed in June 2026, and formal notification is expected around the turn of the year. We will reissue statements against it once it is notified. You will not have to ask us where we stand on it.
- EU fragrance allergen declaration
Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 expanded the list of individually labelled fragrance allergens under Annex III of the EU Cosmetics Regulation from 24 substances to roughly 80. Since 31 July 2026, every new cosmetic product placed on the EU market must comply; products already on the market have until 31 July 2028. Allergens must be declared above 0.001% in leave-on products and 0.01% in rinse-off products, and the EU treats naturally occurring allergens in essential oils exactly as it treats synthetic ones. We already issue this data routinely for our customers in the EU. You will receive an allergen declaration against the expanded list, so your labeling team works from our figures rather than estimating from a botanical name.
- Certificate of Origin
On request, we obtain the Certificate of Origin through the Government of India’s DGFT electronic portal, against the shipping documents for your consignment. It is a government-backed document, not something a supplier writes for itself—which is precisely why it is worth asking any Indian supplier whether they are set up to obtain one. Where a trade agreement applies, we issue the preferential form. See below.
- SDS, not MSDS
We issue a Safety Data Sheet in the current GHS format. If your file still says MSDS, that is the older term for the same document — ask us and we will send the current version.

We produce both rectified essential oils and nature-identical oils, and we keep the distinction explicit. A rectified oil is a natural oil that has been redistilled to remove unwanted fractions. A nature-identical oil is manufactured to match the chemical profile of the natural material. Both have legitimate uses and different price points—and you will always be told, in writing, which one you are being quoted on.

Export — Bulk Essential Oil Supply to 30+ Countries
We ship to more than 30 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Export documentation is handled in-house. We quote FOB Delhi or CIF to your port, whichever your landed-cost calculation prefers, and we will tell you honestly which one works out better for your volume.
Preferential origin—what it saves you
India holds trade agreements with a large number of the markets we supply. Where your country has one and the goods qualify under its rules of origin, we issue a preferential Certificate of Origin and you pay a reduced rate of customs duty on arrival. Buyers in South Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia already request this from us as a matter of routine.

United Kingdom buyers, please note: the India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement came into effect on 15 July 2026, and the great majority of Indian exports now enter the UK duty-free or at a preferential rate. If you have been importing from India on standard duty, this is worth checking before your next order.
For the European Union, we are registered under the EU’s Registered Exporter system and hold a REX number, which allows us to make out a statement on origin so that qualifying consignments enter at a preferential rate of duty.
Whether your particular consignment qualifies depends on its HS code and on the rules of origin in that specific agreement, so confirm the rate with your customs broker—but ask us for the certificate, because without it the question does not arise at all.
A word about cost, because we would rather you heard it from us. A preferential Certificate of Origin costs us approximately INR 3,500 per consignment to obtain. We issue it as standard on orders of USD 1,000 and above, where the duty it saves you comfortably exceeds what it costs to produce. On smaller consignments we will still arrange one if you want it—tell us, and we will tell you honestly whether the saving is worth having for your shipment.
This is worth raising with us before you compare quotations. A per-kilo price that looks higher can land cheaper once the duty is applied—and a supplier who cannot issue preferential origin cannot give you that saving at all.

The paperwork arrives with the goods. Not after three reminder emails. Every consignment leaves with its COA, SDS, and GC-MS inside it.
We manufacture, and where we do not, we say so. The oil you approve in a sample is made in the same unit that will make your 500 kg order, on a documented process, with the same lab checking it. The few materials we source, like CO₂ extract, are given prior to ordering and not after.

We are a manufacturer. We produce across two units of our own in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, and we run our own analytical and chemical laboratories on site. Where a material is field-distilled near the crop or produced by a partner unit, we say so before you order.
Which documents do you supply with a bulk order?
The Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet, and GC-MS report travel in the box with every consignment. IFRA conformity statements, EU fragrance allergen declarations, KOSHER and HALAL certificates, pesticide residue reports, and Certificates of Origin are issued on request.
